Shipping policy

 How we ship our products:

Orders are shipped each in their own gift box with a bow. Depending on the size of the order, you will receive your purchase in either a padded envelope or a shipping box.

International Shipping:

Sorry for the inconvenience but we do not deliver internationally.

Time for Delivery:

For in stock items, we typically package and ship from our studio within 3 business days. You will have a choice of UPS, USPS or DHL as your delivery service and, depending on where you are located in the U.S., prices may vary.

Do you offer local pick up or delivery?

Sorry, but at this time we do not have local delivery and pick-up.

Order Tracking:

Order confirmation and shipping confirmation including tracking information is emailed during each of these stages. For questions on your order or shipping, please contact us at info@keepsakevintage.com. 

Damaged Products:

If you somehow receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@keepsakevintage.com with photos of the following:

  • If you notice damage on the outside of the delivery box, please take a picture of it before opening the package.
  • Please take a picture of exterior of the gift box.
  • Once unwrapped, take a picture of the damaged item.
  • Then please take a close up shot of the damaged part(s).

All damaged products must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to check all the items upon delivery. Keepsake Vintage will not be held responsible for breakage not reported to us in within 48 hours of delivery. Once we receive your email, we will respond within the day or the next possible business day. We thank you for your understanding.

Lost or Stolen Items:

Keepsake Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once out of our direct control. Please contact your delivery service of choice as soon as possible to file a claim.
